Stade De France (Paris)
Camp Nou (Barcelona)

Story :
Barça's new stadium replaced the former Les Corts pitch which, despite having a capacity of 48,000 spectators, had become too small for the great enthusiasm the team had aroused. The architects Francesc Mitjans Miró and Josep Soteras Mauri designed the stadium, which was built between 1955 and 1957 using concrete and iron. Although initially its name was that of FC Barcelona Stadium, on a popular level it was renamed “Camp Nou”, as this stadium replaced the former Les Corts stadium. With a capacity of 99,354 people, it is currently the largest stadium in Europe.

Story :
Plans for the Santiago Bernabéu stadium were first drawn up in the 1940s when Santiago Bernabéu and Rafael Salgado obtained a loan to buy land near the old Chamartin stadium. Indeed, the old stadium was demolished because its dimensions and comfort were not sufficient to meet the requirements of the time. The new stadium was inaugurated in 1947 under the name of “Nuevo Estadio Chamartin” and renamed in 1955 “Santiago Bernabéu” in honor of the president of the club who had ensured the construction of the site. After several transformations, UEFA gave it the status of elite stadium by granting it the best rating (5 stars).
Popular player:
Cristiano Ronaldo: Portuguese international footballer playing as a striker, played for Real Madrid for nine years. He was introduced at the Santiago Bernabéu on July 6, 2009, and from then on he became a club legend. Indeed, no one has done better in the history of the club: 4 Champions Leagues, 3 European Supercups, 2 Liga... In addition, he won 4 Ballons d'Or, 3 Golden Shoes, and 3 UEFA Best Player in Europe Award.
Schedule of the visit:
You start with a magnificent panoramic view of the entire stadium, then you discover the history of Real Madrid through two rooms, one dedicated to the history of the club and another more focused on multimedia. After passing through the lawn and the traditional photomontage, you have the opportunity to slip into the skin of Florentino Perez with the presidential box, then into that of the players with a passage through the changing rooms. Tunnel, bench of substitutes and technical area are then on the program.
